Ingredients:
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
- 4 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 2/3 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Cherry Topping:
- 1 cup of halved, pitted cherries
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of water
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch

Preparation Instructions:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water.
- Add all cherry topping ingredients to a sauce pan,
- Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, gently stirring, until it thickens and forms into a sauce.
- Remove cherry topping from heat and allow to cool while preparing the cheesecake filling and crust.
- Prepare filling in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add softened cream cheeses, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Mix with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes on high until smooth. Refrigerate for 20-minutes.
- Prepare crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Distribute the crust evenly among lidded containers.
- Divide the cheesecake filling evenly among the containers and gently tap container on countertop to settle the layer.
- Top each jar with cooled cherry topping.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
