Cold Infusion Ingredients: (4 variations below)
Cucumber Lemon
- 8 cups filtered cold water
- 1 lime or small lemon, sliced
- ¼ medium cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Pineapple Mint
- 8 cups filtered cold water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple, diced
- 1 lime, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Watermelon Basil
- 8 cups filtered cold water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen watermelon, cubed
- 1 lime, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Orange Lemon
- 8 cups filtered cold water
- 1 small orange, sliced
- 1 small lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
Preparation Instructions:
- Combine cold water and all infusion ingredients in a large pitcher and stir to incorporate.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to infuse into the water.
- Serve over ice (optional) and keep refrigerated for up to 4-5 days.
Hot Infusion Ingredients:
- 1 cup hot water
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
- 7 cups filtered cold water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 small orange, sliced
Preparation Instructions:
- Combine hot water and minced ginger in a heat-safe cup or bowl. Let brew for at least 5 minutes.
- Combine cold water, berries and orange slices in large pitcher and stir to incorporate.
- Add brewed ginger water to pitcher and stir again.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to infuse into the water.
- Serve over ice (optional) and keep refrigerated for up to 4-5 days.

- 2 cups coconut water (to replace 2 cups of filtered water)
