Iced Matcha Latte

Recipe adapted by CFW Coach Morgan and demonstrated on CFW Fit Streaming.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. milk of choice
  • 2 tsp. Matcha Powder (ceremonial grade, preferred)
  • 2 tsp honey, sugar free vanilla syrup, or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water.
  2. In a blender, add milk, matcha powder & sweetener.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds (or until matcha is lump free).
  4. Pour into a cup of ice, enjoy!
