Ingredients:
- 12 oz. milk of choice
- 2 tsp. Matcha Powder (ceremonial grade, preferred)
- 2 tsp honey, sugar free vanilla syrup, or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 cup ice
Preparation Instructions:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water.
- In a blender, add milk, matcha powder & sweetener.
- Blend for 30 seconds (or until matcha is lump free).
- Pour into a cup of ice, enjoy!
