Class Descriptions

Basic Strength: Variable resistance-based exercise programming designed to improve overall full-body strength. Dumbbells or other resistance/strength equipment suggested!

Triple Threat: Join us for a three-way combination class of cardiovascular routines, core exercises and resistance training.  This class will help to burn calories and strengthen the major muscle groups of the body. Various equipment will be utilized during each session.

Instructor's Choice: A mixed bag of fitness styles. Programming may include high intensity interval training, core work, boot-camp style programming, resistance-based training, and everything in between. Conquer any challenge thrown your way!

HIIT & Stretch: Maximize your calorie burn with a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines body weight strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance! No equipment needed!

Never done this before? Not to worry! Our classes and instructors make it a great workout for everyone. From beginners to advanced, ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!
