Club 1040

To reactivate your Fitness Center membership at Club 1040 please send an email communication to Once we receive your request, we will update your membership to active status and send a confirmation email within the next business day. Once your reactivation has been confirmed via email, it is your responsibility to log onto Work Day and re-elect the "Club 1040" deduction.  Please note, as contractors, Club 1040 staff does not have access to Work Day and cannot complete this step for you.
