Club 1040
To reactivate your Fitness Center membership at Club 1040 please send an email communication to Club1040@HRBlock.com. Once we receive your request, we will update your membership to active status and send a confirmation email within the next business day. Once your reactivation has been confirmed via email, it is your responsibility to log onto Work Day and re-elect the "Club 1040" deduction. Please note, as contractors, Club 1040 staff does not have access to Work Day and cannot complete this step for you.
