As we enter into a new season of spring, we also find ourselves in a new season of uncertain times. Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, people are finding themselves having to make adjustments to their daily lives such as working from home, social distancing, and staying in their homes. With the uncertainty can come moments of anxiety for many. The best way to adapt to changing times is to adapt new habits. Take the time to think and organize your new schedule before making any sudden moves.

One of the best things you can do in this time is exercise. Staying inside all day can limit productivity. One of the easiest ways to combat this is to simply go for a walk outside. Let your feet carry you on the path to productivity and wellness. To make sure you get in your daily walk, plan it out ahead of time by setting an alarm to get up and move. Also consider mapping your route in advance so you know exactly where you are going and how far. When you are outside, be sure to maintain proper social distancing and give people 6 feet of space if you must walk around them. For specific recommendations, reference the CDC as well as your local authorities for what is allowed and recommended in your area.

Your feet are the foundation from which everything flows. How you use and take care of them can impact your posture, reduce joint pain, and promote proper alignment while standing and moving. This month our content writers are bringing you some helpful information focused on your feet and how to make sure they are well cared for to carry you onward for your next big achievement.
