Open to current members of a CFW managed fitness facility. Submit registration here to notify your onsite fitness team of your interest.
What is the CFW Dry Tri?
The CFW Dry Tri is an indoor triathlon is designed to test your endurance and motivate you to peak performance. Join participants from CFW managed fitness facilities all over the to take on:
10-MIN ROW

10-MIN BIKE

10-MIN TREADMILL

Objective: Achieve your best distance possible in all three activities.
How to Participate:
Step 1: Register Here
Submit your registration form, identifying which CFW managed fitness facility you are a member of. We will notify your onsite fitness team of your interest.
Step 2: Start Training
Work with your onsite fitness center team on a training program to help you prepare. The objective is to achieve your best distance in 10-minutes of each activity; row, bike, treadmill walk or run.
Step 3: Schedule Competition Date
Schedule a day and time between June 16-20 with your CFW fitness team or trainer to complete 10-minutes in all three events. Your CFW fitness team/trainer will validate and submit your total distance to our event tracking.
Step 4: Go the Distance!
Complete all three events with your CFW fitness team or trainer observing. Check the leaderboard (posted on this webpage) to see where you stand.
