Crown Center Fitness is pleased to offer a wide variety of group fitness classes, all included with membership! Class formats feature mind-body classes, such as Yoga, PiYo, along with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata style workouts, Boot Camp, and some of your traditional favorites of Step, Strength, and Core. Classes range from shorter 15-minute formats, up to 30 and 45-minute workouts to fit in to your busy day. The class schedule is updated and posted here each month.
